Last year, our General Manager Tim Bauer bought the Encinitas location. Tim has been a part of the Marie Callender’s family for over thirteen years, four of which have been here in Encinitas. Since taking ownership, Tim has been more involved than ever in the daily operations of the restaurant and constantly has his mind on making positive changes. Hutch Wycinsky was promoted to General Manager after seven years of dedication. With the help from Assistant Managers Alana White and Lauren Van Leeuwen, who have two years of experience at Marie’s, our management team has worked together to provide each and every customer with a wonderful experience.
